Preparing for Convocation
Click here to dowload a presentation with information about how and where to line up for the ceremony, in what order names will be read, and other information about the ceremony itself.
Please keep in mind:
- There will be no place for you to keep your belongings, so only bring what can fit in your pocket
- For safety reasons, children and infants are not allowed on the floor of the Marriott Center during convocation—please make arrangements with family to care for your child
- If you have any questions on the day of convocation, please come to the “Information Table” located outside the Marriott Center on the Southeast corner of the building.
Professional photographers take pictures throughout the Humanities convocation ceremony, which includes several individual pictures of each graduate. Families are free to take pictures in designated areas. Click here to order pictures for your ceremony.
